Big Team CIC

Big Team by name, Big Team by nature, the multi-faceted nature of events work requires different skill-sets, experience and approaches. Our dedicated members range from our coordination team, to leading industry mentors, friends in the industry, creative specialists, our board and Big Teamers we have helped on their career path. Big Team CIC was established in 2019 by Team Love Productions as a proactive response to the lack of representation within their own workforce and the creative industry as a whole. Access to the music, festivals, events and creative industries can be difficult when you're starting out, therefore our primary focus is to work with adults between 18-30 who are from underrepresented communities or may face socio-economic barriers to work opportunities.
