Who We Are Big Apple Children Services (BACS) is the premiere Early Intervention (EI) provider in New York State. We provide early intervention evaluation, education, therapeutic and support services to children and families throughout Long Island, Queens, Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx and Staten Island at no out-of-pocket cost. Our Mission We are dedicated to partnering with multicultural families for timely, expert treatment of infants and toddlers, whose development is compromised, to acquire age-appropriate skills.
