BigeTron

BigeTron (formerly known as Flotron) was established in 1990 with the development of flow and level monitoring instrumentation for the water and waste water industry. Since its inception, the organisation has been at the forefront of data logging and remote monitoring technology. Starting with the introduction of the Data Block, flow monitoring equipment and data logging systems in the early 1990s, to the introduction and implementation of dial-up remote monitoring in 1995. Our products have been tested to withstand the harsh remote environments. In 2005 the MyCity web based remote monitoring system was developed. The system is based on the MyCity GSM data logger, which is developed and manufactured by our own equipment at the Head Office in Stellenbosch. Today, BigeTron continues to be one of the only local manufacturers of GSM data loggers in South Africa. Furthermore, we have acquired strategic agencies to allow the configuration of specialized flow and level measurement systems. Through these partnerships we endeavor to continually provide our customers with cost effective and innovative solutions for their varying requirements in the field of flow and level measurement.
