Up until now, all digital content and marketing systems painted their user-base with broad strokes, where majority rule spoke for all messaging and direction. A brand is only effective with a definable user-base. When marketers speculate on what drives their brand and decide what is best for every user based on this majority rule, they are often conflating this direction with personal conjecture, unintentionally biased experiences, and partial sets of data.
