About Big Property Group
This enterprise consists of three individual divisions:
Sourcing – where our in-house team uses our experience and local knowledge to identify, negotiate and secure unique investment opportunities within the West Midlands.
Development – where we look after our current projects. It is responsible for selecting, qualifying and managing our construction teams to ensure all projects run on time and within the budget. Currently we are able to run up to 10 projects at any given time.
Management – it is divided into 2 businesses: first one specialises in the management of HMO’s (House in Multiple Occupation), currently looking after more than 500 long-term tenants in Birmingham; the focus of the second one is short-term lets for corporate and leisure clients, currently accommodating up to a 100 people at any one night withing the West Midlands area.
