We are a boutique investment group with a hands-on approach to identifying quality companies, mentoring founders and de-risking investments. Positioned in the Boston healthcare ecosystem, our investor group has a strong network of capability and knowledge that can be leveraged to help our Big Tree entrepreneurs succeed. OUR FOCUS: Healthcare Technology, Medical Device, Bio Medical, Diagnostics, Therapeutics OUR DIFFERIENTATION: • We are not passive investors • We provide hands-on mentoring post investment to help ensure success • We bring a strong network within the Boston-based healthcare ecosystem • We have a strong vetting process for a quality deal pipeline and de-risking of opportunities • We have passionate investors interested not only making money, but more importantly making a difference in the healthcare space OUR OBJECTIVE: To raise between $150K to $2MM in seed or series A capital for each funding round. We seek minority or lead investments depending on the size of the round. We are willing to work closely with other angel groups, venture funds or family offices to ensure that the round is closed and a company adequately capitalized. We are looking for companies that have a clear path to penetrate markets and will lead to significant step-ups in valuation. Our target is a 5 to 10x return within 3 to 5 years.
