About BIGTREES.TECH

An Outsourcing company that provide IT service and consulting. Specialities: Web app and mobile application development. Programming languages: * The languages that we use for web applications are Php and Ruby. For Php we render Symfony, Lavavel, Yii frameworks. For e-commerce web apps, we use Magento. For Ruby we write Ruby on Rails * To develop mobile application, We use both Native languages and portable frameworks Each framework/solution has advantages and disadvantages. Thus, depending on requirements of a specific project, we will decide/suggest which framework should be used. Like Magento vs Shopify, both are e-commerce solutions. But if you need to apply multiple coupons, manage shipping methods, having warehouse management, omni-channel,... We should go with Magento since Magento can be hosted on our own server allowing customization. However, if you only need an online store with basic features such as product listing, purchasing, 1 coupon applying, .... You definitely should go with Shopify. It is quick, simple, hosted and saving. For Ruby we render Ruby on Rails. For e-commerce web apps, we use Shopify. We use both Native languages and portable frameworks for Mobile. Mobile applications, it is absolutely true that native languages always return better performance applications. However, For an application that is written in native languages , we have two implement 2 versions for Android and IOS, moreover, the development speed is slow. Using web-view/ portable solution such as IONIC framework can improve these. We only need to write 1 version that can run on both Android and IOS. The development is fast thanks to the improvement of technical community. A lot of plugins/ libraries are available to support most of the needs. So it depends on the kind of project, if the project relate to live messaging/sockets/gaming, it should be written in native languages. However, if it is e-commerce app/ static pages, it'd better be written in IONIC.
