Based in Bilbao, Bilakatu was born to promote and generate knowledge of open innovation, and to accompany those who are on the same path of collaborative innovation. We focus our efforts in three areas: -Research and knowledge generation. Where we find and seek to answer with methods and experience the relevant questions of Open Innovation management and ecosystems. Starting with the methodology of "The three dimensions of Open Innovation" and the methodology of ecosystem orchestration "Connect-Think-Do" designed by Marisol Menéndez. -Strategic accompaniment. We walk together with organizations that are initiating or advancing in collaborative innovation processes. We provide knowledge, tools and experience with the objective of keeping them in the company. -Creation and promotion of ecosystems. Because we know that collaborative innovation is the key to solving the complex challenges we face, we create and activate ecosystems that allow us to face these challenges together.
