We began with a small contact center in 2003 and have grown to become one of the top bilingual contact center operators in Colombia. Today, we operate multiple centers serving some of the largest brands in the US and Colombia with escalation capacity. As we’ve grown our Contact Center services, we’ve expanded from our roots in Customer Service Support to Sales, Technical Support and a host of Back-Office support projects. We’ve also taken on some unique specialties including an entire practice built around number portability support, English Tutoring and Market Research.
