My name is Johanna Richardsson and I am the founder of Bilburry Consulting. I am a Certified Change Leader specialising in Sustainability Management with a strong focus on Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, and Social Development. With 15 years of experience I provide strategic support for sustainability initiatives and reporting and specialize in the EU's new directive CSRD and the 12 ESRS standards, offering training and strategic guidance to clients. My projects prioritize Sustainable Leadership, Systems Thinking, and creating Positive Impact. Social Sustainability and Human Rights are fundamental values in my work. I excel in Social Audits, project evaluation, and excel as a trained Facilitator and Conversation Leader. I am adaptable to interim solutions to meet diverse project needs.
