Bangladesh Institute of Legal Development (BiLD) is to serve as a Center for comparative research of legal development on Bangladesh. The institute is committed to scholarly activities as well as development programs in Bangladesh. The institute has focuses on several programs. Bangladesh Institute of Legal Development (BiLD) is designed to support and improve legal education and culture in the nation. The mission of the Institute is to publish and disseminate theories and practices of law. Research books, Academic books and Journal publication are the sole objectives for its establishment, though the ultimate goal is to help to develop the legal system and legal procedures in Bangladesh. The Institute became a legally independent research institute.
