At Billie and Lulu's, we believe fashion should be accessible, fun, and empowering for everyone—especially for plus-size individuals. Founded by best friends Heidi Koffman and Natasha Beal, our store is dedicated to offering a wide range of styles in sizes XL to 6X, so that everyone can find something they love. As a plus-size woman herself, Heidi knows how hard it can be to shop secondhand, and that’s why Billie and Lulu's exists—to make fashion more inclusive. We are located in North Phoenix and are the first plus size secondhand / resale store in the area.
