Launched in 2020, the annual awards is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the achievements of your billing team and business in spectacular fashion, alongside industry colleagues from around the reseller and ICT channel. Billing People is a free to join membership body of billing professionals. Union Street partners automatically benefit from becoming a member of the community when they use a Union Street billing product, but other non-Union Street partners are also welcomed to join our ever-growing community, irrespective of what billing platform or products they use. Billing professionals are responsible for margin analysis, profitability, compliance, governance and ensuring smooth service delivery in this crucial area of customer service. However, despite the importance of their work, billing professionals’ efforts often go unrecognised and uncelebrated.
