BIMCC is a multi-trade, multi-faceted BIM and VDC resource for local contractors. It is important that BIM no longer is an additional line item to bids, but a way to back feed data into your Estimating to create an efficiency multiplier. You cannot reduce the hours in a job, but we can leverage tools and technology to increase the productivity of one person to cover those hours in less time. Stop risking your margins and start investing into the preconstruction process like your business depends on it, not because the Front Ends are telling you have to because in current industry trends: it does. Either you start your journey to fully adopt, or the competitor started first will and absorb the rest of the market by winning bids through efficiency and not by risking margins.
