BIM architects is an architectural studio providing professional Building Information Modeling services for architects, investors, contractors, and manufacturers. The company was founded by Bartosz Bochynski and Michal Bala and it is located in Lodz, Poland. SERVICE PACKAGES 1. BIM architectural project delivery Our role: Architect / BIM Coordinator according to ISO 19650 We deliver BIM projects in all stages. Based on our experience we pose very strong in design, coordination and construction. 2. BIM management for investors and contractors Our role: BIM Information Manager according to ISO 19650 We coordinate BIM process on behalf of investors and contractors. We take care that models are prepared in such a way that they can be used for BIM 4D, 5D, 6D and Facility Management purposes. 3. BIM training and support Our role: BIM Tutor We teach software and processes, create templates and provide support for architectural offices.
