Asia Insurance Company was established on July 21, 1959, with the purpose of engaging in insurance transactions and commercial operations. Following the victory of the Islamic Revolution, the company was nationalized. In 2009, in line with the general policies of Article 44 of the Constitution, the company's legal status was transformed into a public joint-stock company and it was listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange.
With over 2,400 specialized, experienced, and dedicated employees, a registered capital of 31 trillion rials, and more than six decades of experience in the insurance industry, Asia Insurance has maintained its top-tier financial strength and increased its capital. The company has been awarded the Golden Customer Service Trophy and Gold Medal for Customer Satisfaction. Based on this foundation, it aims to expand its economic enterprise through modern business practices.
Currently, Asia Insurance operates through more than 101 branches and 10 regional offices, with 4,189 individual agents and brokers, and 553 corporate agents and brokers across the country, serving the honorable people of Iran.
