Our Story
Originally formed in 2014 as a partnership between industry and government, BIMinNZ has evolved over the past decade through multiple forms with a constant goal: to accelerate the adoption of data driven practices in New Zealand’s built environment. In 2025, BIMinNZ launched a new independent National Committee to lead the next chapter. This revitalised group brings together experts across industry, government, and academia, focused on growing capability, sharing knowledge, and driving the use of reliable data across asset lifecycles.
