BIM Scanner

Located in Dubai, we are an IT-company to develop a first-ever AI-powered harware&software device to control BIM compliance right on construction site utilizing Augmented Reality (AR), Mixed Reality (MR) and Advanced Mixed Reality (AMR). Implemented in a specially designed tablet PC scanner we upload the whole BIM model onto it to scan physical construction objects in reality. Thus, imposing the BIM on site you control construction process accuracy, detect any deviation from the 3D model or predict possible issues in future followed by incorrect installations of units to prevent oncoming reworks, delays and inevitable extra expenditures as a result. Our mission is to make a revolution in construction management through implementing a blueprint-free technology on-site to build it right as scheduled and facilitate the following maintenance.
