BIN gGmbH is a certified educational organisation that is passionately committed to the professional integration of people with a migration background in Hamburg. Our focus is on successful integration into society through targeted support in accessing the labour market. As a migrant self-organisation, BIN acts as a role model.
As a non-profit organisation, we offer comprehensive advice in the areas of skills assessment, preparation for recognition procedures, professional qualification, job search, job-related language support and occupational psychology counselling. At BIN, our participants receive individual counselling and long-term support. Our services are flexible: we work in face-to-face, hybrid and online formats to meet different needs.
BIN gGmbH offers over 550 qualification-oriented vocational training programmes in various fields. These include IT, commercial professions, social professions, care professions and quality management. We also organise more than 150 IHK qualifications to enable our participants to successfully complete their training.
Thanks to our many years of experience and our diverse network of business contacts, we can optimally support our course participants in finding employment, internships and company trials. Our highly qualified team is on hand to provide participants with professional advice and support.
