Na jarenlang individuele ervaring op te hebben gedaan met community management zijn Kirsten Wagenaar en Peter Staal in 2017 een gezamenlijk bureau gestart, Bind. Bind ontwikkelt communities voor organisaties, of dit nu interne, externe, on- of offline communities zijn. Dat doen we omdat we geloven in de kracht van mensen. Succesvolle communities van betrokken mensen zijn namelijk in staat organisaties sterker, efficiënter en doeltreffender te maken. Of een community succesvol wordt, is afhankelijk van het goed inzetten van het community concept, de ondersteunende tooling en het community management.
Samen met kleine en grote klanten uit verschillende branches werken we aan het opzetten, ontwikkelen en beheren van communities voor allerlei doelgroepen, via eigen platformen en zowel on- als offline. Omdat een volledig community building project uitdagingen kent op zowel strategisch, technisch, organisatorisch als operationeel vlak, wordt Bind gekenmerkt door professionals die zich hebben gespecialiseerd in een specifiek onderdeel van community building.
Peter en Kirsten werken als strategisch consultant en business coach en begeleiden verder op basis van presentaties voor management, trainingen, lezingen en inspiratiesessies. Verder zijn ze structureel betrokken bij de beroepsvereniging voor community management NL (CMNL), welke Kirsten in 2011 opzette.
