In 2003, we opened the first Bindia at Trianglen in Copenhagen.
Inspired by a family history of Ayurveda and simple farming, we wanted to improve the quality of Indian food in Copenhagen and go back to back-to-basic principles.
As the first and only take-away chain in Denmark with the Organic Cuisine Label, we now have 6 six shops all around Copenhagen, all serving premium Indian take-away.
- A greener menu
In addition to vegetarian options for all our authentic curries, we serve 9 dedicated vegetarian or vegan specialities – and we never use additives, preservatives, or food coloring.
Everything from our takeaway bags to our menu cards and takeaway bowls is made from 100% recycled, non-bleached paper.
- We only use what you take away
The old-fashioned Indian cooking methods, which we proudly preserve and continue, are a key factor to how we have next to zero food waste; so much so that Too Good To Go found it completely pointless to include us on their app.
