Binghams Capital is a private finance intermediary for companies seeking capital investment. We are specifically set up and structured to introduce private investment to viable businesses seeking funding. This mutually beneficial arrangement results in the businesses who qualify for funding getting the financial foundation they need to flourish while simultaneously giving the investors the opportunity to achieve strong returns on their capital. Our investors These contacts are a diverse group comprising institutional investors, family offices, sovereign wealth funds along with high networth Individuals (HNWI) and ultra high networth individuals (UHNWI). The total liquidity available to Binghams Capital is always in excess of £1bn, our HNW individuals each having a minimum investable balance of £100m GBP and our UHNW contacts a minimum balance of £500m GBP. Our family offices and wealth funds each have investable balances in excess of £750m GBP. Investment for equity The primary function of Binghams Capital is to assist and broker off-market transactions between companies seeking investment on one side and our investor contacts on the other. Typically, this will be an investment in return for an equity stake in a specific business or a privately agreed loan over a pre-agreed period controlled under a strict set of mutually agreed conditions.
