Binovia is a privately held company based in Elkhorn, Nebraska. Originally founded in 2003, under the name of Strategic Clinical Engineering. The owner, Jesse Fisher, graduated from Tulane University with a degree in biomedical engineering. Jesse has always had a strong passion for service in the health care field. After serving in the U.S. Navy as an officer, he understands service. When working with our field engineers he constantly emphasizes the fact that at the end of every trouble call is improved patient care.
