Yellowbike Solutions Inc. took on operational control of the AACT-GPH September 2019, as the initial step in the acquisition of all Licensing, Trademarked Rights and IP associated with the GPHTM. Bio Energy Junction 1 (EJ-1), the original GPH is the operational hub managing operations, growth of the technology, and product use in the US corridor. Energy Junction 2 (EJ-2) near Edmonton Alberta, Canada) will break ground in 2020, commissioning, and full production late 2020 early 2021. EJ-2 will be the operational hub for Canada. The Licensing, IP,™ and patents reside with Bio Energy Solutions Inc. wholly owned by Yellowbike Solutions Inc. The Business Development plan remains focused on community and business owned facilities working as a network to produce products that improve soil conditions, benefit sustainable agriculture, and reduce the power draw on the existing grid. The Energy Junction upgrades and engineering improvements support a variety of feedstocks inputs without impacting the production of the soil regenerative products and without a sole dependency on woody biomass as the primary feedstock source for future facilities. BioEnergy Solution’s closed-loop biorefinery process leverages the vast potential of nutrient-rich algae and biomass (waste) to create high-value organic soil amendments by transforming biomass or waste into heat which when blended with sunshine organic soil stimulants specifically engineered for regenerative agriculture.
