Bio-ply is a sustainable plywood alternative derived from mycelium and agricultural waste (paddy straw, rice bran, and coco peat). Bio-ply is naturally water-resistant and termite resistant. Bio-ply is carbon-neutral and environmentally friendly. At Bio-ply, we believe there is a better way to provide sustainably affordable furniture to the consumer market. Our Mission is to grow better materials that are compatible with the earth. Using mycelium as the key organism, we are intended to create a carbon-neutral world where there is a balance between nature and human consumption.
