Bio-Tech Consulting Ltd. specializes in valuation and business assessment of life science R&D projects. Our company cooperates with innovative companies and scientific institutions that carry out research and development, mainly by helping in the creation of start-up companies. We organize trainings, conferences and biotech events (such as BioForum, Central European Forum of Biotechnology and Innovative BioEconomy) for innovative biobusiness leaders. We provide consulting services for: a) Scientists - Related to developing a commercialization strategy for biotech R&D projects. - Related to acquisition of business partners. b) Entrepreneurs - Related to discussing the conditions under which cooperation with R&D teams will take place. - Acquisition of innovative (bio)technologies. - Acquisition of scientific/business partners to develop and implement innovative (bio)technologies. Central European Biotechnology and Biobusiness Trade Fair – BioForum is an event that is always growing and evolving. Our goal is for BioForum to become a distinctive and renowned among the biggest biotech fairs – BioConvention in the USA, and Biotechnika or EuroBio in Europe. Our company consistently improves the tools and techniques used in biotech R&D project commercialization. In November 2007, with the Łódź City Council and Centre of Medical Biotechnology of the Polish Academy of Sciences, our company launched the ‘Biotechnology Mini-Incubator’. The Incubator is placed in the PAS campus in Łódź, in the Medical Biology Institute. In the Incubator, three biotechnology companies were born. Bio-Tech Consulting actively participates in establishing new biotech startups and business projects. Our company is the co-founder of the biotech company Mabion SA and cooperates with Polish seed capital funds, specializing in financing biotech projects.
