BioFab has extensive expertise and technology for the development of advanced point-of-care testing (POCT) systems. We have a propriety platform which is highly flexible in nature and allows tests to be developed for a wide range of disease conditions in non-clinical settings.
Our prototype devices have shown proof-of-principle results demonstrating immunoassay detection of cardiac markers and automated qPCR for Covid-19.
We are seeking co-development partners and investment to commercialise our technology. We also provide consultancy services to the healthcare industry, including the development/prototyping of POCT instrumentation and cartridges.
