BioFish was established in 2016, and is built on the principal of circular economy and sustainable aquaculture. We are an independent smolt and post smolt producer, located in Hardanger Norway. Our landbased facility today consists of, a hatchery, a start feeding unit, smolt unit, and post smolt unit. We use a closed containment system (CCS) with little chance of escape and influence from the surrounding environment. Our production facilities uses recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS) which allows us to re-use water.
