Biogas-E

Biogas-E vzw is het platform voor anaerobe vergisting in Vlaanderen en heeft als doel om de productie en valorisatie van biogas in Vlaanderen te stimuleren en te ondersteunen. De vzw is een kennis– en dienstencentrum voor de implementatie van biogasinstallaties en de optimalisatie van biogastechnologie over de hele keten (inputstromen, voorbehandeling, vergistingstechnologie, valorisatie van het biogas, nabehandeling van het digestaat en nutriëntenrecuperatie). Hierbij is Biogas-E vzw actief op het gebied van onderzoek en ontwikkeling en als overlegplatform een link tussen de biogassector en de overheid. Via diverse publicaties tracht de vzw biogastechnologie verstaanbaar te maken bij het grote publiek, om op objectieve wijze de voordelen en opportuniteiten van het biogas-verhaal duidelijk te maken, steeds in het perspectief van het verduurzamen van afvalverwerking en landbouw. --------- Biogas-E npo is the platform for anaerobic digestion (AD) in Flanders. Its goal is to stimulate and support the production and valorisation of biogas in Flanders. The organisation is a non-profit knowledge and service center for the implementation of biogas installations and the optimization of biogas technology along the value chain (input, pre-treatment, AD-technology, biogas valorization, after-treatment of the digestate and nutrient recovery). Biogas-E is active in research & development. It is also an independent partner for consultation by the biogas sector, government and basically anyone with questions about AD. Through brochures and publications Biogas-E tries to make AD more comprehensive to the general public while potential opportunities are clarified in an objective manner. the broader perspective remains increased sustainability of waste treatment and agriculture.
