We are the first community biotechnology lab in Ecuador and Latin America, created to democratize access to science, promote hands-on learning, and empower students, researchers, and STEM entrepreneurs. At BioHack UIO, we combine synthetic biology, bioinformatics, and citizen science to generate social, educational, and technological impact.
