We are a group of five bioinformatics students of the Freie Universität Berlin who started a committee to organize excursions to companies or research facilities applying with bioinformatics. So far, we have had many engaging and insightful excursions to various institutes and companies. Such as at the Robert Koch Institut, Bayer, Nature BIH at Charité and start-ups like Omiqa, just to name a few exciting locations. and are seeking to find other interesting places (we are always happy about recommendations and ideas).
