BIOLOGIA is a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India at Ahmednagar, Maharashtra [LLPIN: AAR-6443] on 17th January 2020. BIOLOGIA is a startup working in biological research, consultancy, training and education sectors. Biologia is envisioned by dynamic and energetic professionals bringing together expertise in diverse areas of biological sciences. Our work spans multiple biological disciplines, with research in biodiversity, ecology and biotechnology as our core competencies. Our consultants and core staff bring with them solid research experience (as PhDs, post-doctoral fellows, assistant professors and scientists) in these disciplines. This coupled with extensive experience in field and laboratory studies, related data analyses and regular scientific collaborations with international experts make our team stand out. This is highlighted regularly in their scientific publications in journals and conferences of international repute. We recognize the importance of correct identification of specimens for environmental and ecological studies, and also the lack of expertise for many taxa. For this, we provide identification services for a range of animal taxa (multiple invertebrate groups, herpetofauna, birds and mammals), biodiversity surveys, environmental monitoring and audits to both industry and academia. We provide specialized field support, appropriate analyses of the data and further technical expertise for preparing reports etc. based on the client’s requirements. We also facilitate research work for students, researchers and enthusiasts by providing the right platform and expert guidance. Alongwith academic teaching and research, our team regularly conducts specific training sessions targeting school and college students as well as researchers and enthusiasts of diverse academic backgrounds.
