Our flagship ESPR product is the 404pi, a groundbreaking SPR instrument providing scientists that require label-free, real-time detection of biomolecular interactions with an extremely high sensitivity, low noise instrument at a price point that is hundreds of thousands of dollars less than systems with equivalent performance. The 404pi concurrently offers industry-leading reliability, easy to use software for experimental design and instrument control, greater experimental flexibility, and far lower operating costs than competing instruments.
BiOptix instrumentation allows researchers to study almost any biomolecular interaction in a label-free manner, including protein-protein interaction, protein-small molecule interaction, antibody-antigen interactions, and much more. Further applications include include kinetic rate determination, fragment screening, epitope mapping and affinity measurement.
