About Biosensor Tools

Biosensor Tools was created by David Myszka and Rebecca Rich to provide contract services and training in the application of label-free biosensor technology. Label-free biosensors can be used to measure the affinity, kinetics, and stoichiometry of biomolecular interactions, as well as identify binders, map epitopes, and quantify the active analyte concentration. We offer contract services utilizing 25 different biosensors, including instruments from Biacore (4000, T100, S51, 3000, 2000, & 1000), BioRad (ProteOn XPR36), ForteBio (Octet384), Sierra Sensors (Mass-1 & SPR2/4), and Sapidyne (KINEXA). We do everything biosensor related from assay development and screening to kinetics and concentration analysis. If it can be done using a biosensor, we have probably done it. Email david@biosensortools.com to get started on your project. We also hold workshops to help educate the biosensor community in optimal experimental design and data processing/analysis/interpretation, as well as the latest in technological advances and novel applications. Registration is now open for SensorCon-2 (Sept 30-Oct 4, 2018 in Salt Lake City, Utah), a kaleidoscope of label-free technology and information exchange. Our aim is to bring together biosensor users and engineers who share the goal of getting better data. biosensortools.com/workshops
