Parallel to the designing activities, BiosNike takes care of all procedures and compliance topics related to the authorization of the above-mentioned plants, such as: Assessments of Implications (as of the “Habitat” Directive 92/43/EEC, and “Birds” Directive 2009/147/EC), Environmental Impact Assessments (as of Directives 2011/92/EU and 2014/52/EU), Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (as of the “IPPC” Directives 1996/61/EU and 2010/75/EU), compliance to the national regulation on renewable energy producers, national constraints, etc.
