Bioteck is an active member of the Lebanese Medical Companies (LMC); it is also a member of the Lebanese Importers Association for Medical and Laboratory equipment to Lebanon and member of the Lebanese Standard Institution LIBNOR. Bioteck, provides high quality of medical and laboratory equipments and their reagents along with technical engineering services (installation and after sales services) to its clients. Also, Bioteck specializes in designing and setting up laboratories. Bioteck’s main target are hospitals, medical centers, laboratories, Agro-Food and Pharma industries within Lebanon. Bioteck is among the first IVD: In Vitro Diagnostic Tests companies that focuses on innovative and latest technologies for their distinguished improvements. Hospitals, laboratories, dispensaries and Agro-Industries are visited regularly throughout Lebanon by competent medical and sales representatives. As experts in the distribution of medical equipments, Bioteck is involved in every stage upon client selection of equipment from installation to offering continual functional and technical support. Typically, the system engineers are on-site providing technical training and support, and resolving any troubleshooting issues that arise.
