We started as an agricultural processing company established in 1990 by the union of all Extremadura nuts producers, who were united to market their products under the brand BIOTERRA. We bet on organic agriculture that, along with our beliefs, has made us the most important company of Extremadura in the nuts sector. Nowadays, our company has more than 600 associates distributed in more than 3,000 hectares, belonging to four Spanish regions. Our facilities have 26,000 sq. meters and have several international quality certifications such as IFS. Our quality department controls the traceability of all our products, ensuring completely the food safety. Currently, one of the biggest almond producers and processors in Spain, we produce different Spanish almond varieties and manufacture several conventional and organic products. Bioterra Premium is a high-quality brand of organic products elaborated with Marcona almond aimed to bring a unique gourmet experience for both, the markets and the consumers to delight their senses. We have created a genuine line of gastronomic jewels, from the chocolate almond delights to the Marcona first cold pressed oil or the fig covered with chocolate and filled with a delicious paste.
