Biovert Protein

Biovert Protein is an insect technology company upcycling organic waste into sustainable raw materials for use by industrial customers in the production of their products. Our Mission is to rebalance the linear economy waste into circular products. The company was founded by seasoned food industry executive Peter Hamilton in 2020. Hamilton had previously worked in senior management roles for FMCG companies operating in the APAC region, and has experience as an operations startup leader for two separate greenfield manufacturing plants in Asia. Co-founder Craig Thomas is a similarly experienced food industry executive, having worked during the previous three decades for Nestle in senior management roles across Oceania, Asia and Africa.
