Bio-Vitro, Inc.

Bio-Vitro is an early stage startup company spun out of the Physiomimetic Microsystems Laboratory at the University of Miami. Founded in April 2018, Bio-Vitro develops organ-on-chip microfluidic devices from bioinert plastics that are amenable to large scale manufacturing. Through academic collaborations, we currently provide devices to researchers at five universities. Our mission is to accelerate development of disease models and novel therapeutics by providing an easy-to-use platform for culture and assessment of 3D cellular constructs.
