BioZone

BioZone is a research and training centre dedicated to the fields of applied bioscience and bioengineering. Working at the interface of biology and engineering, our team aims to address some of our most urgent societal needs in energy, environment, and health by using the most advanced and innovative biotechnology. Our facilities bring together engineers, biologists, environmental and health scientists at the University of Toronto to share equipment, expertise, and support staff. Our centre is built on the principles of open collaboration, teamwork, and research excellence.
