The BIPOC Mental Health Professional Networking Group was co-founded by Diana Beltran, LCSW, and Adry Sanders, LPC-S, recognizing the need for a dedicated, supportive space for BIPOC mental health professionals in the DFW area, we launched our first meeting in March 2023.
From the beginning, our vision has been fueled by a shared commitment to community, connection, and professional growth. Our founding sponsors—Therapy Works Counseling, Salience Health, SanaMente Wellness, Valley Hope, A Sisters Legacy, and Happy Autumn Centro de Empowerment—have played an essential role in bringing this network to life.
Together, we are building a stronger, more inclusive mental health community, amplifying BIPOC voices, and fostering meaningful collaborations that enhance the well-being of both professionals and the communities we serve.
