Birch Tree Properties LLC (“BTP”) is a boutique investment and management firm with properties located in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City and Denver. Founded in 2009, the company’s investment strategy focuses on commercial properties with growth potential. Combined with a hands-on approach to real estate ownership, our company provides creative solutions to a wide variety of real estate-related projects and opportunities. Deny Sepaher founded Birch Tree Properties LLC but this family-owned company started in 1958 when Joe Sepaher immigrated from Yugoslavia (currently Slovenia) and started as a general contractor in San Francisco. The company’s investment strategy focuses on acquiring income-producing assets containing some element of value-add. The value-add component can be as small as renovating units in apartment buildings to major renovation and entitlement projects. We have found this strategy to very successful for our company and continue to seek opportunities to grow the company.
