Our History Birdsall are an innovative company with a 48-year track record of delivering energy efficiency and environmental solutions to our clients. Over the past four years the business has grown by 140% to £11million and employee numbers have grown by 105% to 82. Started by Barry Birdsall who is now our chairman back in 1975, the ship is now steered by son Paul Birdsall our Managing Director and daughter Lynne Culliton our HR Director, we put family at the core of the company and are proud that many of our employees recommend other family members and friends to join the team, it is paramount to our success that we curate a culture of loyalty, trust, respect and support. We have an impressive client base that we continue to grow through recommendations and word of mouth. We strive to achieve the highest standards, delivered by proud and professional people, that train, develop and progress with us.
