Biruhminds is an independent research, training, and Business Development Service (BDS) provider based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It was established by a team of professionals from diverse academic backgrounds with hands-on experience in development consultancy. Despite significant efforts by the government, development partners, CSOs, and the private sector, we have witnessed a critical gap in undertaking quality research, Business Development Service (BDS) provision, and training services. Since 2014, we have been providing home-grown solutions by combining different experiences and innovating for social impact. The company is governed by a social enterprise business model striving to address social inclusion and gender justice. It is aimed at addressing social and economic challenges through evidence-based policy advocacy and effective programming aspiring to a system-level change.
