At Biscotti Brothers, a bakery founded in 2003 in western Pennsylvania, we only bake Italian cookies.
Biscotti Brothers begins with traditional Italian recipes and wholesome, natural ingredients to bake our Biscotti, Biscottini, Granotti and Pizzelle cookies.
David, our chief baker and a principal in the company, was raised in the Sacred Heart Parish where week after week he tasted each Italian grandmother’s best biscotti. Now after 20 years of developing recipes, he bakes the best traditional Italian cookies available. David has maintained the artisanal quality of our biscotti by using the freshest natural ingredients, keeping the batches small and the baker’s touch great!
Mixed by hand in small batches, Biscotti Brothers’ biscotti is baked twice in the historic tradition of Italy. For the first bake, we shape the dough into a “flattened log” shape. The log is then sliced into individual cookies and baked again.
Our classic cookies are made with no preservatives, no trans-fats, no artificial colors and no GMO ingredients, while being Kosher-certified and hand-packed in our bakery in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. We’re proud to bring these tradition-inspired favorites from our home to yours.
