Founded in 2015, Bistro Concept is a Hong Kong based integrated concept development and restaurant group delivering compelling dining experience from concept to design, development and management. Founded and owned by Christopher Przemyski ,the Group has established a strong reputation base at Sai Ying Pun and is venturing into Central and other districts this year and beyond. Here at Bistro Concept, we do everything with passion and commitment. We love what we do and we want all our guests to feel this same passion in every Bistro Concept restaurant they visit. The Group's in-house interior design conceptualizes compelling artistic works that is a reflective of Christopher's creativity flair and continues to grow on its strong foundation of its existing portfolio venues (Flying Pig Bistro, Flying Pig Deli, El Macho, Lobster Shack, Katsumoto and Katsumoto Sando Bar). Bistro Concept's in-depth knowledge of conceptualizing, designing, developing & asset managing its projects across multiple portfolios allows the Group to venture into new business lines including ecommerce & distribution of high quality F&B products.
