Founded in 2015, Bistro Concept is a Hong Kong based integrated concept development and restaurant group delivering compelling dining experience from concept to design, development and management. Founded and owned by Christopher Przemyski ,the Group has established a strong reputation base at Sai Ying Pun and is venturing into Central and other districts this year and beyond.
