Bistrot Neuf

Bistrot Neuf is a restaurant in Amsterdam where good wine and traditional French food come together in a luscious evening out. The dishes that leave our kitchen are prepared with fresh ingredients and cooked with passion for the French gastronomy. Thanks to a collaboration with our neighbours from “Chabrol Wines” we serve an extensive wine list, including seventy-five wines by the glass and a large collection of ‘old world wines’. Should that not be enough we also have the key to the wine cellars of Chabrol, where you will definitely find what you are looking for. Furthermore, since 2013 we are the proud owner of a Bib Gourmand listing and thanks to the jury of the Dutch magazine ‘Leven in Frankrijk’ recently declared ‘best French restaurant in the Netherlands’.
