Waves is BITS Goa’s annual cultural fest, a melting pot of art, talent, skill, creativity, and intellectual prowess in their purest forms that attracts students from across the nation. It is a blank canvas that turns into a beautiful portrait painted with the talent, excitement, and sense of freedom and relief that the attendees carry for the 72 hours of the fest. During Waves, students can witness all sorts of amazing competitions, including breathtaking dance-offs, mesmerizing musical performances, soul-touching dramas, heated debates, intense poetry slams, and a wide variety of other exciting events. And that’s just during the days-- the nights of Waves have seen artists such as Vishal-Shekhar, Amit Trivedi, Farhan Akhtar, Salim-Sulaiman, Sunidhi Chauhan, Nucleya, The Local Train, and other amazing musical acts set the stage on fire.
