From 1998, bittel start to operate the hotel phone business. By means of Four professional focusing strategy: professional design, professional manufacture, professional sales and professional service, Bittel became one of the two leading brands in the world after 10 years development with extinguished products and service.
By the effective means of ISO9001 quality system, all Bittel products have not only acquired the telecom license, mandatory regulation CCC, but also got a number of international approvals on both quality and security such as FCC, CE, ETL, and RoHS, which allows the entrance to worldwide market. In November 2006, Bittel acquired the RoHS approval for Europe market and became the first manufacturer that passed this test. Wherever the products are shipped, they are all compliance with RoHS standard. What is more, Bittel also strives on environment protection, energy conservation, and carbon emission reduction. At the end of 2008, Bittel successfully passed the ISO14001 environmental system approval by SGS.
The company's current main products are: ModaMedia series, Jacob Jason series, NEO series, UNO Media series.
