Made from: naturally grown herbs, picked from the land by our own hands, spices sourced from afar reminding our tastebuds of sun-drenched adventures, and barks, seeds, leaves, nuts & weird things to keep you guessing, blended with the utmost care.
Plants have been used forever for medicine & nourishment. Now we care because they can help make a bloody outstanding Gin&Tonic, a mouthwatering Sazerac, an exquisite Old Fashioned and many, many, many more. The only limit is imagination and your dwindling drinks cabinet.
We learnt, we asked, we listened, we talked and we read. Knowledge was shared from wise owls and family members and we are here to share it with you through our flavours, drink stories and herbal trivia we pick up along the way.
Each bottle has been made with love, here in Portugal. We are only at the beginning of our journey and we hope to provide flavour boosting bitters far and wide for a long time to come.
